We are accepting applications for the following positions Personal Fitness Trainers (certified) are dedicated to motivating and inspiring their clients by creating fun and exciting training programs that are unique to each client’s needs.

Sales Counselors are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. They generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.

Maintenance Technicians coordinate general repairs and maintenance of the facility with a focus on fitness equipment repair. Maintain building, pool area, lighting, and heating/cooling components in the facility. Perform preventative maintenance and repair to ensure equipment is working properly. Repair plumbing and electrical systems and hardware. Perform cleanliness/maintenance inspections. Ready to take emergency calls and report to the club at any time (unless permission from regional is allowed or vacations

Spa and Salon Professionals possess a high-level technical skills, state licensing, the drive to market their services within the club, and provide great customer service. Seeking Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Nail Technicians, Hair Stylists/Colorists, and management candidates. We are looking for top experts in their field with awesome customer service skills and a strong sales/business-minded approach to the salon industry.

Maintenance/Cleaning Staff are responsible for cleanliness of facility, receiving and stocking of product, special tasks, and occasional assistance with maintenance projects. Shifts vary by location and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight hours. Some holidays may be required.

Front Desk/Juice Bar are responsible answering phones, filing, member interaction, register transactions, shake preparation, selling/meeting a specific sales goal, and directing member traffic. Shifts include 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 4:00 pm to midnight.

Child Play Staff interact with children, ensure child safety, and maintain child play tasks and appropriate protocol.

Assistant Sales Managers are expected to be primary sales producers in the club and help lead the sales team in their own sales production. They also maintain club cleanliness, customer service, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.

Spa Managers are responsible for ensuring members receive a top quality spa/tanning experience and utilize all services that club offers. They maintain club cleanliness, manage expenses, and maximize profit. As a leader in the club, the Spa Manager is responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees, developing a professional staff through coaching and feedback, as well as ensuring that all company standards, policies and procedures are in place and practiced consistently. General Sales Managers are responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets. General Managers are ultimately responsible for all sales goals, as well as guiding all managers and departments in the facility.
