Position Descriptions:
Sales Counselors
are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. They generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.
Compensation includes hourly rate plus generous commission program.
Assistant Sales Managers are expected to be primary sales producers in the club and help lead the sales team in their own sales production. They also maintain club cleanliness, customer service, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.
Compensation includes base salary rate plus generous commission program.
Minimum Requirements:
Sales Counselors- High School Diploma or a GED.
- 1-2 years commission sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Availability to work at least 38 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
- Desire to achieve high earning potential and advancement opportunities in the organization.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Bilingual language skills a plus.
Assistant Sales Manager
- Some college preferred.
- 3-4 years commissioned sales experience preferred. 1-2 yrs sales management experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
- Availability to work at least 55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Desire to achieve high earning potential and advancement opportunities in the organization.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
