I love the energy of a community. Group fitness draws us together towards a common goal. And it’s fun!

I accidentally learned how to teach group fitness. When I was in college, I really wanted to learn to teach all the classes I was going to. But I didn’t have the self confidence, so I applied to work at the gym at the front desk. But I filled out the application wrong and I when I went to interview it was for a group fitness instructor!
